What is a Wellness Pro device?

The WellnessPro is the easiest to use, most advanced device for pain control and injury trauma rehabilitation.  It is FDA cleared, laboratory tested and registered through IEC, UL, ETL, CE and ISO.  It is a Class II medical device with the most flexibility of use and largest frequency range in its class on the market today.  It is digitally controlled and designed for the precise treatment to control even the most difficult pain, trauma and injury cases, including a wide variety of muscle and connective tissue and other health problems associated with pain.

The unique "Deep Pulse" technology, designed by world renowned scientists contained within the WellnessPro is programmed to treat various body systems that have electrical irregularities in muscle, tendon, ligament, bone and fascia with frequencies that are capable of treating both acute and chronic disorders, as well as many other generalized health imbalances associated with pain.

How does the device work to reduce pain and assist with healing?

The WellnessPro assists the body to achieve homeostasis, which is its natural state of well being.  It does this by relieving pain, therefore helping the body to correct electrical abnormalities in areas of disease or injury.

However, in order to adequately explain how the WellnessPro works, it is appropriate to begin by considering certain fundamental aspects of living tissue.

The body is made up of a vast number of cells.  In many ways these cells act like tiny batteries, storing and releasing energy, doing their work of taking in nutrients, releasing waste products, repairing and reproducing themselves, etc.  Each cell, like any battery, has a measurable electrical charge, which must be maintained in order to function properly.

Energy flows constantly between all cells throughout the electrical circuitry of the body.  When various forms of damage or trauma occur to living tissue, there is a disruption in the electrical capacity of the involved cells and after an initial surge, a measurable decrease in the production and flow of energy occurs through the electrical network of the involved tissues.  This condition is generally accompanied by pain in the affected area and often results in the body's inability to completely repair itself.  Therefore, lengthy rest periods and inactivity are often prescribed in order to attain eventual restoration of normal function.  The WellnessPro treatments have been likened to putting a "jump start" on the dead battery of a car.  (Also knows as "The Gate Control Theory").

Are there research findings available that support the use of the WellnessPro?

Yes, university and medical studies have found that Bio frequency technology positively effects the production of ATP and sodium pump effect in the Krebs cycle of the cell, thus enhancing the cell's ability to stimulate its regenerative, instead of degenerative, phase.

Are there side effects?

Is this like a TENS device?

The WellnessPro has been FDA cleared as a TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) device in that it uses electrical stimulation to relieve pain, however, unlike other TENS devices on the market that have a very limited frequency range, the WellnessPro has the largest frequency range coupled with a unique delivery system that blocks pain signals and helps increase blood flow and therefore enhances various effects of the body that stimulate the cell to a state of restoration and wellness, giving longer term results than any other device on the market.
